Custom-Built Products
Each Sentry Pac Pro™ unit is built to order and calibrated for your operation. Production begins after payment confirmation. Please verify all specifications before submitting your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all orders promptly once production is complete. Delivery times vary depending on order volume and shipping destination. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Replacements
Because each controller is custom-built, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@sentrypacpro.com so we can make it right with a repair or replacement.

5. Warranty
Each Sentry Pac Pro system includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

The Sentry Pac Pro controller is designed to aid in grain-storage management.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that installation and operation comply with local electrical codes and farm-safety practices.
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or conditions beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentry Pac Pro™ shall not be liable for any damages.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
