Why won't my Sentry Pac Pro turn on?

Verify all power wires are properly connected. The unit needs its own dedicated line from a 15–20 amp breaker to operate.

Why won't the fans turn on?

Verify all wiring is properly connected to the relays.

Why isn't the keypad working?

Make sure the ribbon cable connecting the faceplate to the 2400 Logic Board has no creases or breaks and is properly seated.

Why were the fans running when I didn't expect them to?

The SPP runs the fans strictly based on the parameters you've set. If your settings are correct, the PAC is turning the fans on because outside conditions currently fall within those parameters — this is expected behavior, not a malfunction.

What if none of this fixes it?

Most issues resolve by simply cycling power to the PAC. In extreme cases, a factory reset may be necessary.
