Your Sentry Pac Pro is backed by a 5-year warranty from GGT LLC, covering defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. If a covered issue comes up, the unit is repaired or replaced at our service facility — that's the full extent of the remedy under the warranty, and repairs may use reconditioned parts.
